Mobility, Stretch

To stretch, work on flexibility and help any prehab or rehab. The classes run three times a week and focus on the specific lift of the upcoming class. We would like to educate you on how to prepare your body safely so that you can execute the lifts with minimum restriction. Mobility is key and without it you will struggle with the more demanding movements.
